By accessing or using Sketchpen.ink, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Sketchpen.ink is a web application that generates illustrations from blog content using AI. We provide the tool; you retain ownership of the content you submit and the images generated from it.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Sketchpen.ink to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Generated Content
Images generated through Sketchpen.ink are produced by third-party AI models. We make no guarantees about accuracy, fitness for purpose, or originality. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sketchpen.ink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We store this to identify your account. We also store the blog URLs, text, and generated images associated with your requests.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to operate the service — to authenticate you, process generation requests, and display your history. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We use Google OAuth for authentication and Google Gemini for AI processing. Content you submit may be sent to these services as part of normal operation. Please review Google's privacy policy for details on how they handle data.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data and generated assets for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
